Uriel Medical Foundation envisions development of sustainable communities through reclamation, design and renovation, as well as transformation of marginal properties into productive lands.

The ancient Greeks classified matter into four categories: air, water, earth and fire. Today we feel it is more complex, but for the sake of simplicity and tradition, these same categories will be used for our environmental archives, a collection of resources applicable to our research.

About the Environmental Advisor

Tammy L. Wisco, PE, AICP, MPA received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland in Portland, OR, and a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, in Boston, MA.  Tammy started her career as a consulting engineer on infrastructure projects around the country with Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), where she earned her Professional Engineering license and Project Manager certification.  Combining her engineering and planning expertise with a public administration/environmental policy education, Tammy advises this Foundation in its environmental restoration and reclamation endeavors.
